Current ICSTI Members


Full Members

Full ICSTI member organizations include both organizations with principal interests in the generation and use of new scientific and technical information or the coordination thereof, as well as organizations with principal activities in the collection, storage, organization, or dissemination of scientific and technical information. Full members pay dues and have voting powers in the ICSTI General Assembly.

Types of organizations considered eligible for full ICSTI membership include abstracting and indexing services, data centers and services, information centers, learned societies, libraries, national academies, networks, online vendors, policy making bodies, publishers, scientific unions, and other sponsors and coordinators of information activities.

Associate Members

Associate ICSTI member organizations share interests in common with those of ICSTI, and include organizations concerned with the transfer of scientific information who wish to keep abreast of and contribute to the activities and development of ICSTI. Associate members do not pay dues and may not vote in the ICSTI General Assembly.

In addition to associate members, ICSTI also holds formal partnerships with other organizations sharing common interests.
